All Raw Copper snare drums are made from A&F’s exclusive raw copper shells with their raw brass hoops, patented brass lugs and hardware, and Remo Ambassador heads. A&F hand cuts, rolls, welds and sands their raw copper shells and raw brass hoops. While leaving these shells in their natural raw finish, A&F hand cuts bearing edges and snare beds, then add their patented raw brass center-mounted lugs and hardware. These snares weigh anywhere from 7-14 pounds depending on size of the drum.
